Inflammation Consult
Inflammation has been identified as the root cause for all disease and it is imperative that you stomp it out quickly. Inflammation can be present for many reasons, but it usually comes down to gut health and state of mind. If you can clean up your eating and your life, you can rid yourself of inflammation. Jesi helps you to navigate this bumpy landscape, pinpoint your "weak" spots, and move towards more balance.
Inflammation Consults are provided by Jesi Mifsud
Acupuncture & Adjunctive Therapies
Private acupuncture, cupping, acupressure massage, Gua Sha, and Moxa are provided by Grazina Adkins.

- Gua Sha: Used for joint and muscle pain and aches. Scraping with a smooth jade stone relaxes muscles in spasm and breaks down adhesions.
- Moxa: Burning of mugwort on acupuncture points to heat and tonify the area.- Acupressure Massage–2 Styles:
- Tui Na is a vigorous, deep Chinese medical massage form which incorporates rubbing, stroking, rolling, shaking, pressing, range of motion stretches, pinching, and other techniques.
- Jin Shin is a gentle Japanese modality consisting of fine tuning the organ network’s imbalances with steady but light pressure on consecutive points.

Akashic Records Reading
Akashic Records by April Beebe
The Akashic Records are an energetic imprint of everything your soul encounters from inception onward; so basically everything. When I access your Records I can provide insight into limiting patterns and beliefs, support with relationships, working with karmic influences, past lives, and much more. The Records are a space of unconditional love, forgiveness, and grace; guidance from this sphere is uniquely gentle and kind.
Unlike an astrology or tarot reading where the client gets a lot of information, but little in terms of what to do about it – “Okay, my boyfriend and I have had past lives together, now what?!” – I’ve found it’s possible to do work within the Records to shift patterns, beliefs, and relationships.
Ayurveda (Coming 2023)
Ayurveda originated in India about 5000 years ago, the same time as yoga, and is considered to be the oldest form of healthcare. Ayurveda is a Sanskrit word which means “science of life.”
When yoga and Ayurveda are employed together they create balance in the mind, body and spirit. Yoga does this through the physical and meditative practice; Ayurveda does this by taking into consideration external forces that one cannot control: changes in seasons, aging, changes in the universe, etc.
Private Ayurveda will be provided by Jesi Mifsud.

Yoga Rehabilitation
Yoga Rehabilitation is provided by Kim Pia.
Yoga Rehab is an excellent adjunct to physical therapy or your regular yoga/movement practice. You may come to yoga rehab because of nagging pain or discomfort, a new or old injury, to prepare for surgery or strengthen afterward. Whatever your reason for seeking individual attention, Kim will create the space for you to cultivate greater body awareness. From this place of wisdom in your body, you will learn the tools to find ease long term. Sessions will focus on how to work towards greater function by increasing strength, flexibility, and awareness.
In many western modalities, you are told to do an exercise to fix your symptoms; yoga rehab teaches you how to move with mindfulness and breath and to listen to the signals from your body. If you already have exercises given to you by a surgeon, physical therapist, or other movement professional, Kim can help you do them mindfully, or work them into a fun flow that makes the exercises more enjoyable.
Massage/Reflexology
Individualized massage is provided by Twila Sanfilippo and Shea Nelson. Twila has lots of tools of modalities she pulls from: Jin Shin Jyutsu, hot rocks, warm towels, Reflexology, and more. But, what is always constant in her bodywork is her grounding energy.
Shea’s work can best be described as integrative and intuitive. Often times she says she finds her hands having minds of their own, focusing in on just the right spot or going somewhere neither she or her client knew was hurting. Drawing from a wide range of therapies including therapeutic Swedish, Thai, crosslink adhesion release, trigger point, acupressure, and meridian tracing, Shea has many tools in her tool box and excitedly awaits each session to discover which ones her clients body and spirit ask to be employed.
